1.Why do you call yourselves the 5 min mail store?

Our goal is to get you in and out within 5 minutes. We don't feel you should be standing in line waiting for those in front of you to do a "soup to nuts" transaction.

2.how do you get me out within 5 mins then?

We feel the pain points with shipping are the price calculation and the shipping information. To streamline this process, we use a simplified pricing structure and don't get too bogged down in all the details. The second thing we do is have the customer upload the shipping information into our system after payment. This allows for moving them out of line and freeing up our clerk to take the next customer. Our packaging and shipping are done later in the day rather than in real-time. This allows for shorter wait times.

3. if you do the shipping later in the day, how do i get my tracking info?

Good question! When you upload your shipping information into our system you are asked where you would like your tracking sent. You can choose between email or text.

4. so let me get this straight, you don't sell boxes or tape or any other shipping supplies?

That's right, those transactions slow up line movement. We ship things, and we try to do it as quickly as we can.

5. what if i don't have my items boxed up? will you do it for me?

Yes, we will do it for you. This would be done at the time of shipping. There will be a $10 per box charge for packaging it up.

6. will you forward my mail from my po box if i am out of town and can't make it in to pick it up?

Yes, not a problem. The fee is $12 for enveloped mail. Just make the purchase on the site with us and tell us where to send it.
